Online bookings open 9am on the 1st of the month for new clients and 2nd of the month for returning clients, for the 4th month out. For example, January 1st at 9am new client bookings open for April and January 2nd at 9am touch up appts open for April.

If you see no spaces available, or your specific service you are wanting to book is not listed, this means we are fully booked. Our calendar will open up again for the 4th month out, on the 1st and 2nd of the month at 9am. Please note that appointments fill up quickly on booking days. 

It is required that you read the FAQ's/policy page found on the FAQ section of the website before booking every appointment, as deposits for new clients are non refundable under any circumstances and can not be transferred to a future appointment if you choose to cancel your initially requested appointment.

If you are a new client, and have previous work from another artist you must email over clear photos of your brows with no make up on them, prior to requesting an appointment. This is to ensure Kada can work over the old permanent make up.

There is no wait list or cancelation list for new appointment or touch up appointments. 

AS A NEW CLIENT, HOW DO BOOKINGS WORK ONCE I REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT?

Once you request an appointment, you will be sent an email with requested information. Once we receive the information in return, you will be sent a deposit invoice. You will have 24 hrs to pay the nonrefundable / nontransferable deposit invoice. Once we receive notification of deposit payment, we will accept your appointment request! 

WHAT INFORMATION WILL YOU BE REQUESTING FROM NEW CLIENTS VIA EMAIL?

We want to ensure Kada and all her clients are on the same page prior to your appointment day! Realistic expectations are extremely important! We will send you a link to an online form with few questions to answer, and will require clear photos of your brows in natural lighting with no make up on them to be attached as well. You can also send any goal or brow inspiration! Kada will let you know your options and what will be attainable. Moving forward this will be for the best interest of all clients and Kada, and so you can walk into your appointment with a better idea of the outcome!
